John has a wonderful reputation and is well respected over on BBC. I frequent the electrical/trolling motor forum there for which he is a moderator and I have learned so much from him. Honestly, I dont know how he finds time to breathe between answering the posts, taking calls, emails, and running his daily business. He also takes the time to talk to his customers to help with their diagnosis so that they order the correct parts. John really cares.
