Yea, though about brands that the lower drain area is covered to visual inspection. Point that out to the agents and then they will all be busy looking at other brands.

Well, what transducer are you mounting, on what year model and was the transducer available when your boat was built?

I have never mounted a transducer to my transom, other than on an aluminum boat I owned many moons ago. If the boat has a jackplate, there are all kinds of ways to mount whatever transducer where it is better protected and cannot cause turbulence to the prop. Mount it on a transducer saver or epoxy it in the hull. Any other way is a waste of time.

was a BottomLine. I did have the transducer for that epoxied in the bilge area. New graph has down scan and side scan so thru hull isnt an option. Hevent drilled any holes yet so will look if mounting to CMC jackplate is an option.
