You can be proud of those Lady Tarheels, though while that is touted as a dominance in NCAA sports, it is not even close to the dominance by Razorback Track and Field. Nor is any other NCAA program or sport. While we may not carry that on past John McD. it is existing and a record to be broken. BCB McDonnell led the Razorbacks to 42 NCAA championships and 84 conference championships in his tenure. McDonnells 42 national titles are more than any coach in any single-gender program in the history of collegiate athletics. He has won five national triple crowns, 21 conference triple crowns, 34-consecutive cross country conference championships, including 17 straight in the Southeastern Conference.
