Just got back from the factory!!!

Just got home from my trip to check out the progress on my new Puma FTD and must say I was totally blown away with the work and attention that Rick, Ivan and all of the employees at the factory put into their work. It truly is a labor of love. My boat is in the finishing area with the install of all the pieces really coming together and if I do say myself the colors are just as I pictured them and in my mind it is a work of art. Hopefully I will be able to post pics tomorrow. Getting to see the SHO on Ivans boat was great as now I can picture how it will look on mine (although the colors on his cant hold a candle to mine LOL). Thats Great, I have to say, Ive been to Flippin to see how they are made, very cool but pretty boring, when at BCB 3 yrs ago for the 1st time I was FLOORED. So Ivan is now a Yamaha guy, HUH? I thought he only bled BLACK? Ill have to play with him, that SHO must be the real deal. I cant wait for you to show us pics, can you post your pics from the showing? Thanks for the update. Larry, The wife and I were at the factory thwe other day and saw your boat. The wife fell in live with the color. That is one nice looking ride you got.. Chris

Larry…its all torn up!!!! Seriously…I like the colors…it wont be too long now! What boat was that sitting near yours with a 90hp on it?

The boat next to mine was a basic Saber without the frills (no jackplate basic electronics etc) that Bass Cat has been playing with. Ivan said it has great holeshot and runs decent with the 90. He said that the Saber doesnt weigh more than other companys 17″ boats. Larry Brumley

The color resembles your profile name. No pun intended. The coral and white really turned out great. Be proud, because this is one fine rig. Cant wait for the finished product photos. Glynn

The colors are apricot and white with black fox trim so it is not as red as coral. The black fox is kind of a silver with orange flecks in it. They were getting ready to paint my trailer frame yesterday and it is going to be grey with white and apricot pins. The fenders are apricot like the consoles and hull and looked great. The orange seat inserts were a special color that Ivan came up with when I said I didnt like any of the standard seat colors. The whole process on my boat has been fun and I told Ivan and Rick that even if no one else liked the colors but me I was thrilled with how it was coming together. Now if only they will put motors on both ends it may just fish as good as it looks. Larry Brumley

Apricot was one of the colors I was thinking about before I ordered mine with the coral. Seats are very similar I went with charcoal.

Beautiful boat!!! Looks awesome. The fun of the whole thing was deciding on color combinations. Larry Brumley
