When times are tough and companies are closing their doors and people are pinching their pennies, you still release new boats knowing that new family members are going to buy your product that you stand 110% behind. I have seen family members (that is what we should call owners right!?) buy used rigs and have a rare seat problem only for you to send them new seats free of charge knowing the older rig was well out of warranty. I have seen you give promotional items to family members when they bought a rig that was not part of the promotion (me included). I could go on and on but as a whole, I am so happy to be part of the BCB Family. If other manufacturers paid attention and watched what you do for your family, you may actually have some competition in the future. Job well done BCB, keep up the amazing work!
