I have the Sony radio installed on my boat. Would like to upgrade to the kicker. Does anyone know if this will be a problem regarding the hole that is already cut out. Will the kicker fit in the same hole? TIA

No, Kicker makes one that will fit with a CD option and splash guard, though the KMC 10 and KMC 1 units will not fit.
