Looks like fun JP!!! Can you also do double or triple jump, maybe a backflip in a Bass Cat.Im sure the Eyra handled it superbly.Best of luck for the rest of the Tournament,Bill Mac

Lake St Clair, where this pic is from, was worse I think when we went back on Saturday Morning. The stupid thing is that, if our boats wouldnt drive so good in the rough stuff, we would have done better in the fun event, as all the top bags (22+ smallmouth) came from near the ramp, not 20 miles away where this is!Doug

Just got home from some phenomenal fishing on Lake St. Clair… Just had to take advantage of the opportunity to get a shot like that… lol…The Cats ride great as Doug mentioned and I think the most important thing to remember when running water that gets rough like we deal with is proper weight distribution in the boat. I always have anything heavy in the back and keep the front as light as possible… this really helps promote soft landings rather than having all the extra weight up front slam your bow into the water. The morning was impossible to shoot the shots because there were white capping 6 footers out there, the afternoon set up nicely since it was the left over rollers from the morning… great ramps!JP

Here is the shot from my camera rather than the pic from my phone off my computer..lolAside from the fun driving the fishing was phenomenal… Over 100 Largemouth and 40 plus smallmouth in 3 days. The owner of Power Team Lures, Bob Bernotsky come up to visit and we planned on fishing Eries Eastern Basin but huge winds changed our plans and we headed down to Lake St. Clair. The muddy water almost ruined everything!

I wish we has smalls here. Looks like a great trip one day Im gonna make it up there and try and duplicate a fish catching trip like that.
