Hey there Mike,Jerk baits sound good to me, too, but I havent been down to the lake yet (Im jealous!). Hard plastic jerk baits like Thundersticks or Long As are often good for forcing a bite when fish arent in a feeding mood, which, with the water as cold as it is and this early in the year, is probably what youll be up against. (Lipless cranks might also work the same way.) Here is a link for a Missouri fishing blog that I enjoy reading: http://kennysgreatoutdoors.blogspot.comSo far this year, hes only been to Truman, but that may help you a bit with your LOZ bait choices. Check his blog often, and read the previous posts– youll enjoy them. Good luck!Cheers,Scott
