Leaking storage compartments

Ok , this is probably a dumb question but here goes. I have 1999 pantera and the front storage and rear battery compartments leak like crazy. The trim seal on the front is different from the trim seal over the battery compartment . On the cat website there are two different versions I can buy but neither look like the ones that are on the boat? Which do I need to buy?thanks.

The vertical seal is the one you want that it presses upwards. On a 1999 there is no telling what someone may have done along the way and yours might not be stock. The rear sump and bilge area allow water to drain into it and there is no seal.BCB

So , in the rear shouldnt there at least be some type of rubber or plastic to cover the fiberglass ?

On my 98 the rear compartments have a hard, u-shaped finish piece to cover the raw edges of the cutouts but no seal. The read deck area drains into the bilge instead, as designed.
