My navigation lights in the front went out a while back. They ended up coming back on one morning when I hit some heavy wake, then went back out.Any help as to where to start fixing this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!

First location for me would be wire crimps at the plug or the light it self. Definitely sound like a loose connecton2013 PANTERA 2MERCURY 200 PRO XSMINNKOTA 80LB FORTREX25 fury

I played with the connection behind the dash, but I dont really know what Im looking at back there. Literally 100 wires. And I dont know how to access the front lights as theyre wayyy to far for me to reach through the rod storage.

More likely the connections near the front of the boat where the thing is connected up there. That gets shaken around a lot more. Probably have to reach in through the TM panel cutout?And before you go to far, by all means stick a voltmeter across the two connections in the socket to see if you have +12v there. If so, you need to look no further than the front light itself. Must be a loose connection inside of it. Much easier to test this first before you start removing screws.2008 Pantera Classic2014 Mercury Pro XS 200

Yes, go through the front panel and we would suggest it is in the connections as we have not had a failure in the Perko lights to date. BCB

I went through the front panel and found that it was a loose connection. Navigation lights are now working.If I could recommend to Basscat, make the connection location for the navigation lights approximately 1 foot longer (or closer to front panel). It was no doubt a struggle to get my arm up and to the connection and proceed to make the proper fix blind and with one hand. It would make it MUCH easier if that connection were closer. Anyway, thanks for the help and a great boat!

The wires on the bow light part are too short to move the connection closer to the panel. LED parts have very small wires and that usually is the issue on any connections. These lights have been almost foolproof. BCB
