It depends on your fishing location as you have 2 states involved with no reciprocal on out of state anglers. The White River Permit does work on border lakes for either Arkansas or Missouri residents. It is about $3 we think. The others are dependent on your state. The Arkansas Game & Fish Commission or Missouri Department of Conservation can both help on their sites. http://www.agfc.comhttp://mdc.mo.gov/It is very easy to stay Arkansas only for this event and save a state license.
