I would like to take this time and thank the folks here at Bass Cat for the invitation to the forum as well as the Bass Cat family. My name is John Webb, from right here in Central Ky. I have been in the boat business for 18 years next month. Bass Cat was very helpful to me during the boat decision process for our territory. Since Bass Cat really had no following here in the area, I felt it was a much needed addition to my current line up of Boats which include an arrangement of Aluminum fishing boats and a few pontoon lines…as well as the boat that put me where I am today. Bullet Boats. I am proud of the accomplishment that I have made with these folks for the past 15 years and I look to do the same in teh futire with Bass Cat. I truly feel in many ways these boats will compliment each other. I believe in both-equally. I want to also take a minute and thank Ivan for guiding me through this process of learning these boats and understanding their respective paramenters of operation. This is going to be a blast I can see right now. I am highly motivated to get the most out of a boat…and my history with the higher performance hulls will prove to be beneficial as I continue to test the Cats throughout the course of this coming season. I would like to invite you all to please drop me a line or a personal message to introduce yourself anytime. I truly am blessed to be able to sit in with all of you Bass Cat fanatics here on teh forum. this truly is a very cool place and I thank you all for allowing me to be a small part of this. Once again, I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to introduce myself and my dealership. Have a great weekend….Webby http://www.marineworks-ky.com
Welcome to the boards and to the Cat family. I wish I could have found a PII on a single axle like the one on your site when I was looking a couple of years ago. That may have worked my my garage since they are sooooo much easier to twist. Ivan will for sure take you to school on the Cat hulls LOL. All the best.
Welcome and good luck with your business!!! where is KY are you located?
Hey, thanks guys. I appreciate you very much. My dealership is located on Lake Herrington- 15 minutes from Lexington Ky. Central Ky. Just felt the need for the boats presence in the area. Please…if there is anything at all you fellas need or just want to talk some time- please drop me a line. Webby
Welcome to the Family. I wish you success in your partnership with BCB. I know you will not regret this move!
Very excited. Been signed as a dealer for a small while. Just learning some of the parameters of setup and what I can do to get these boats to the next level here in the territory. I have a lot of experience with the higher performance boats and feel that I can use some of teh tricks of the trade to get these Cats in teh minds eye of the folks around my area and abroad. I have had some calls from quite a few folks from surrounding Staes and they have been more than friendly in teh previous months. Hope to meet a lot more of you guys. This is great. Looking forward to offer my services to everyone..Webby
Webby, Glad you found your way to the Owners Board. For those who dont know Webby, he is accomplished at making a few of those fast boats run. His area of Kentucky is not as renowned as the lower to eastern TN area that people usually relate those boats to, but he does know the tricks of that market better than many. If anyone is in KY looking for a BCB, then you can visit him and he will definitely do his best at a competitive price tag.BCB
Hey- thanks a lot. Sure appreciate you very much. Looking forward to making these cats a household name here in Central Ky with your help. Thanks again everyone..WEBBY
Fantastic! Another top notch dealer for BCB! Good luck and hope to see you on here from time to time. From what Ive read youre the real deal! If you can make one of the most egotistical, most critical people on the BFHP (Danco) happy, then you have got to be top notch! In addition, always good to see another Merc guy on here. Theres been a lot of blue kool aid passed around here lately. Again good luck!
Webby…what brand of engines do you sell and work on? What is your website? Bill
