well i just got a 05 puma last week and i was putting some wax on her tonight and i noticed a little black cap right next to the gas vent on the pass side it says perko on it, just curious what it is and to lazy to look through all the manuals
Yes it is the tank vent for the front left corner of the main 33 gallon fuel tank. The right rear corner of the main tank is vented to the fill cap vent as are both rear 10 gallon kicker tanks.
Not easily at all, as the run is a long way to the main area. A loose cap or fitting does not effect water getting in through there as the center hole under the cap is the critical part. BCB
