Little black square with wires.

Is there a transducer up front? I would have thought the wiring for the rear transducer would have been routed back thru the drivers side wall to the rear compartment. I would have thought they would have come down the side as well. The little black cover is a Lowrance part, The cable looks the same size as a transducer cable so, I just figured thats what it was. It could go to something else. I wonder if they mounted a transducer under that drain? Do you lose bottom signal on your lowrance unit when you get on plane?
