Aerator is the pump in. If the aerator pump is not working then check voltage at the pump. If there is voltage then check the connections. Replace cartridge and you should be good to go. If there is no voltage, then check for bad ground connection. A-10 panel could be going bad. This would be my last check and is the panel for turning the aerator on/off. Good luck.
