Livewell/Flapper valve Leak

You can use a plug in the drain hole. Simply work the lever by hand under the back lid. You can see the flapper valve right inline with the pump and the little arm on the side is what is moved with your selector switch. Just order a new selector and cable…..less than a 30 min job and you will be good..until you get it just go under the deck and move it by hand…..Elwood…..Bass Cat Proud

When you get your new cable kit, do your self a favor. If the cable is otherwise OK, just pull round valve switch under throttle out so you have access to the back of it. The side towards the front of the boat comes out first. Once you have access, unscrew two screws to plastic part that broke from cable frame and replace with new round piece and you will be good to go. No need to pull a new cable if you dont have to. Dont ask how I learned the hard way.
