Have you checked to see if there is a livewell pump in place? If it was missing, you wouldnt have any aeration and you would lose all the water out of your livewell and it would flow into your bilge area. I think more likely you probably need a new livewell pump, and the fill/empty valve is stuck or the cable that controls it is broken. They say the cable breaks off the fill/empty selector switch, and you just need to replace the switch. Do you feel any resistance when you move the switch from from fill to empty or vice versa?I am having the same issue (except my livewell pump does work, and my boat is a 99 sabre, so it might be a little different), so I basing my response off what I found in the FAQ forum.When I get to fixin mine, ill let you know what I did.
