06 Pantera Classic – Aerator & Recirc pumps work fine but livewell in/out pumps do not. Im guessing they are different pumps, which are easy enough to replace however, due to how my oil tank is mounted I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction before I pull it all out. Any help is greatly appreciated!I have read the BCB posting about the livewell system and could not find an answer to my query therein. Let me know if Im missing something! Thanks!
This is going to sound a little hokey however here goes, you could take a long dowel/rod/broom handle and turn each pump on one at a time and then touch said rod to each pump (if you can see it/get to it) and to your ear while listening for hum. You might also be able to feel it with your hand, I think through a process of elimination you might be able to tell which ones are working and which are not. Might be worth a try?

It looks like a little red pushbutton but we need to know what you have. Here are some links that offer more information that can help you understand what you have and could lead to your problem.viewtopic.php?f=67&t=25477&p=179848&hil … ad#p179848viewtopic.php?f=67&t=25476&p=25123&hili … pad#p25123 viewtopic.php?f=67&t=13198&p=12845&hili … pad#p12845

Read the links. You might have a jumper or wiring issue on the terminal strip in the rear of the boat. Or you could have two bad pump modules, who knows? Are you original owner?Did this just happen or they never worked? Many issues could cause this. Need more info about history of problem.
This fancy CAD drawing will show you where your pump locations are. In your case pump in is nearest the transom, and pump out is the bottom pump in the rear of your livewell.I would get a voltmeter and disconnect the modules and measure for voltage when you turn on each individual pump.Last edited by JEH in La on April 23rd, 2018, 1:20 am, edited 1 time in total.

Do you have 5 pumps in your boat? Then this is most probably how they are situated.See above post where I suggest you check for voltage to the pumps.
Alright, changed the pumps out, the pump isnt busted. Does anyone have experience with the rocker switches failing? I had to rewire everything after I got my boat back from the shop due to water corrosion. Terminal block is all brand new and all other connections (master power, livewell in/out pumps) at the shifter were replaced. 06 Pantera classic.
There is most likely a ground issue. Try checking voltage output with a meter at those connection areas.
