Livewell Switch

Gain access to rear of the switch. There is a plastic nut (secures the cable to the switch) that backs off sometimes. It will work in one detent, but not the other.
My Eyra was doing that. It wasn’t the valve. The nut backing off kept the valve from working properly.
Just another thing to check before taking the valve out.

That would make sense. If the clamp is loose (as in part “I” in diagram), then the valve may not completely open and close. Last summer, my cable just unattached from the arm itself because of a loose screw, but was an easy fix.
