Hey guys, There is a PIV for sale about three hours from me, is ther anything particular that i need to look for? 2007 PIV, 2007 200HPDI , tandem trailer with brakes.

SabreDriver is right as demand for a clean P4 more than outweighs supply.

I have had 2 classics swept out from under me. All I can suggest is a compression and a leakdown test on the motor. I also printed out that link BCB gave you so I can take it with me.

This is the same year model and engine on my PIV. Ask the owner about past service and routine maintenance esp. on the filters. Great boat to fish out of and easy to drive. I will be making some major upgrades to mine this year as I plan to keep it for some time.

My nephew just picked up an 07 Pan 4 , and the only thing it is prone to is catching fish . — I have a 99 Classic , which is only 4 inches shorter , but the difference in ride is amazing . — To me the Pan 4 rides like a 20 + foot boat , yet handles as nimbly as an 18 footer . — The best of both worlds , so to speak . –Basscat knew EXACTLY what they were doing they designed this model . — Hours of use and service history , as well as a compression check should be all you need to know . — Better hurry , it will not be there long . — Used Pan 4s for sale are as rare as hens teeth . — Hoss

I have a 2012 PIV and love it….rides and fishes like a 20 footer and alot of storage.
