There are no boats there. It is a car dealership. Used to be a Skeeter dealer but there are no Bass Cats there.

They only have one left remaining in inventory that we are aware of. Service in the KC area is not a real issue as Jim H. @ Ozawkie or others will be glad to assist usually on a used boat. BCB

Id be looking for a good quality engine mechanic and dealership myself. Chances of having to use the actual Cat warratny are slim. The electronics have their own warranty, same for pumps, outboard, TM etc… Most of the boats small stuff (switches, breakers, etc.) the folks at the factory are more than willing to work with everyone with are easy DIY swap outs. If the boat, engine, and trailer all check out OK up front Id buy with confidence. In the worst case scenario Rick WILL do everything he can to work out an issue!!! P.S. Ive found its always nice to go and introduce yourself to a servicing dealership BEFORE you actually need them while I was moving around a bunch while in the military.

This may not be popular but I have seen issues with BCBs that have required fixing beyond the capability of anyone except for the factory or a BC dealer. That stated, I dont believe theres another boat company that will stand by their product and fix issues like BCB does. Its a gamble youll have to take. I think youll have a better chance not needing any major help but if you do, it maybe costly (in terms of time and transportation costs) to get major issues fixed. I have seen major problems with other brand boats that the poor owners had to pull teeth to get fixed (if they got fixed) even with their dealer a few miles away. I chose BCB with the same issues you have and Im happy I did. But there have been times that I wished my dealer was next door.
