Hello! I just purchased a 2009 Pantera 2. The middle and rear seat posts are wobbling. It’s not the bushing but the whole post is moving. Is there a way to fix this?

The fibreglass around the seat post is reamed out. BCB has mentioned the fix for this in the past. You have to build a dam around the post from underneath using plasticine, play dough, or similar compound. Then you have to inject fibreglass resin from above around the perimeter of the post using a syringe. Let it dry well.

Think I need to do this to the back post in my P2. I never use the seat up front, but my girlfriend uses the leaning seat in the back all the time and its got a little wobble in it.

Any reason epoxy couldn’t be used instead of the resin?

Not if you can seal it fully and use 24 hour epoxy, the 5 minute tends to be more rubbery.
