I just wanted to share my recent discovery on my trailer. All of us do a good job ensuring tires have the proper PSI, bearings are greased, brakes are serviceable, lights work, etc… However, one overlooked thing that you may want to check are the bolts on your bunks (the lag bolts going into the wood). I had a few that were backed-out nearly 1/4″, and nearly all needed at least a half turn. My boat/ trailer is a 2018. Older boats may be a little worse than mine if you’ve never checked them.
