It could? Though that is a case by case scenario. BCB
WILL THIS UNIT DISPLAY ANYTHING BESIDES DEPTH AND TEMP ON THE SCREEN??THANKSROBIN ….IT IS A GPS MODEL…
The wires should be labeled with a silver tag…one Black cable is the power wire for the head unit,,,One cable is the power wire for the GPS Puck, and the other wire is for the NMEA if I remember right….You can hook the 2 red wires for the head unit and the Puck together and same with the Black wires just make sure you Fuse them seperately…Also make sure your wiring is switched through an accessory switch or add a toggle switch…If you dont the wires can corrode and the GPS puck is hot even with the unit off and if you dont put it on a switch it could kill your battery..If you have any questions check out the Lowrance website or give Linda Colt a call..
You dont need to hook up the NMEA wire…Just the Wire for the GPS Puck and the Head wire..
Lowrance website has wiring diagrams in manuals. http://www.lowrance.com/upload/Lowrance … 120706.pdf
Overlay data should offer you, at least, the time and voltage along with depth and water temp.
What do you want it to show Robin?
Here is the link to the manual if you dont have it. You can save the file to your computer if you put your mouse at the bottom middle of the page. Hope this helps. http://www.lowrance.com/u…520C_0151-461_120706.pdfEdLast edited by conan1.basscatowners on May 14th, 2012, 10:44 pm, edited 1 time in total.”Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional illogical minority, and rapidly promoted by an unscrupulous main- stream media which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.”
