Does anyone know if Lowrance plans to develop a side imaging unit?
Theres talk about it. If theyre serious about staying in the marine sonar business it would sure seem to make sense.
From what I have heard Hummingbird owns the patent.
Was told recently by Wilson Frazier who reps . for Lowrance that they are supposed to come out with something similar next year!
Wilson no longer works for Lowrance. Though we know they are working on something. Though HumminBird does have it locked up in the present design. BCB
