The Sabre I just purchased has 2 HDS7 Gen2 units. The settings for the one at the console seemed off so I did a hard factory reset. After reset I can not get the settings correct, it will not give me a depth reading. It seems to be displaying bottom on the screen but will not give me a depth reading. It has the total scan transducer. Any help would be appreciated.

We suggest you contact the Lowrance service bench and get them to walk you through it. Make sure your familiar with the menu settings.

Do you have the docs? There is a status screen you can access that will let you know what accessories it is seeing as connected. Make sure what it says is what you actually have, for starters…

Thanks oldtimer, I had to configure the devices that were connected. Now everything works as it should.
