Lowrance Issue

I had an issue once with my lowrance. I seemed to get better service going through their website. Go to their website/SUPPORT/my accountCreate an new account and send in info they ask for. they willgive you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Basically follow the directions on there. Keep the RMA so you can track it.Thats how I had the best service from them.

Steve, whos been with Lowrance about seven years, replaced Linda after she left. When you call Lowrance, ask for Steve in customer service. On my way to the Owners Invitation, I stopped to visit family in Tulsa. I took my boat to Lowrance to get some parts at their outlet store where Linda used to work. Steve was very helpful; came out and updated my GPS and the antenna at no cost. What phone number are you using? Have you tried 800-324-0044?
