lowrance issues

my 25c and 1440 are acting up!!! the 25 baclight flashes and will not turn off and also keeps losing/aquiring WAAS and the 1440 went to some test mode?? and power button not working, the unit stays on? I have not had the chance to bring to dealer to check it out, just looking here for an idea of what may be wrong!! thank you for any comments in advance

We would give Lowrance Customer Service a buzz and have a speaker phone handy for the wait. Try a Master reset first and we dont think a dealership can help on this one.

You can also try to update the software in the units. If the units take a SD card.

Linda Colt at Lowrance is your best bet. She is very good at Customer Service! I e-mailed a problem on a Sunday night and had a response from her by 6:00 Monday morning.
