A question for Lynx owners—-
With the trolling motor pedal in the full forward position, can you lean/sit on the butt seat and comfortably reach the pedal? In looking at catalog pictures, it looks like a bit of a reach.

On my Puma FTD, it is not a problem.

I moved mine back. It was a long reach for me and I’m 6’2″. Much more comfortable for me now. Although, I lean against the butt seat more now due to back issues.

I’m only 5’10”, and at 66, not quite as nimble as Chris Berry or Ike. I like the comfort of the butt seat to lean on.

I’m 6’4″ and that puts me in between the holes. The front is a little close, the rear is a little of a reach. I usually use the rear if I’m spotlocked. This is for sitting, leaning puts you a little closer.

I’m a little shorter at 5’10 and it was a stretch for me in the factory position. I took the insert out and moved it back and it is much better now. I can sit on the butt seat but usually just use it as a leaning post.
