Took my Cougar out today for break in time, after couple of hours starting opening it up some, I have some blow out during my hole shot, and runs perfect up to79 mph but if i bump trim one more time to increase speed she gets really scary, I am only at 1/4 trim at that point. is that all the trim i should be using?

Shouldnt need much more trim than about half max. If your not familiar with a 79 MPH rig then baby steps should be taken to get you up there. You dont just sit down and drive one to the top end. If the ventilation on hole shot is brief and it slips slightly and with about one second of venting the boat comes out thats perfect. If its more than that rrrrrrbbbbzzz sound that lasts a second or so then you needs some PVS work. Stick a couple smaller hole PVS plugs in it and the venting will recede.
