If I remember correctly, the fill button is in the center of the round touch pad. It is not labeled. The aerator (which is recirulation only) runs full time, 3 mins and 5 (and pump out when the red nozzle is pulled out). The fill button only pumps water in.Your Signature …
the water fill is the very center of pad ,some have red letters that say fw some are not marked dont ask me why they would not mark
Crazy would have been nice if my dealer told me that. So the motor that was running when I hit aerate is just recirc. I knew it was something simple I was missing.
They were marked with a decal and we have seen them missed in production on the decal, we have also seen the decals removed. We caught the clean up staff at a dealership removing one. Working their tail off not to hurt the dash removing the “sticker”.BCB
Well we just got back from a week in ontario on Lake Wabigoon and I have to say this little boat continues to impress. The ride in this boat is amazing for its size, this particular lake will kick the crap out of you and the Margay handled it perfectly without ever hitting us with a drop of water. Bigger lunds and alumacrafts were spraying water all over their passengers in the wind and we plowed right through it. That being said I have a question based on the week of fishing as we wanted to use the livewell for the first time and I am embarrassed to say I could not get it working. So we have one button on the touch pad for the livewell and the choices are aerate, 3, or 5. I understand what all those are and I also understand that to fill the red nozzle should be pushed in and to pump out the red nozzle should be pulled out. I could not for the life of me get the wells to fill with water, the only time was when we would plug the well and manually dump water in their it looked like it would recirculate. The pump out did work, and when I tried to fill I can hear the pump running. I have looked at the faq and the youtube videos and for the life of me cant figure it out. Up until this point we have had no need to fill the livewell as I do not tournement fish, are we missing a button or switch or is there something on the intake that is blocking flow? Any help would be appreciated.thanks much.
Putting the aerator on “manual” should pump water in until you are happy with the level. Then you can put it on 3 or 5 minute settings to automatically pump water in every 3 or 5 minutes.

I wonder if it needs to be primed or something?? I’ve never had water in the well before. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
On a Margay you have a pump out on the aeration also, just pull that red head out in the livewell with the pump on.

Run the pump that the red had is connected to and pull the red head out, this activates the pump out segment.
First, when turning on the aerator do you hear the pump running? If so, make sure the Red nozzle is pushed in. (Im sure you have already tried that)Does the Margay have the Auto and Empty selection switch under the Shift lever? If it does, ,make sure it is in the Auto position, or it will not allow water to the pump. (From my understanding)If this doesnt get water pumping to the live well (not sure if this changes pump rotation), but check to make sure the (2 ea.) pump wires are connected correctly. (Not reversed). My thoughts are the pump could possible be running backwards.

I don’t think I have that switch under the shift lever but I’ll have to check. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You should not have a switch under the control box.
So today I tried getting the livewell to fill again. When I pull the red nozzle with the pump running, the livewell fills from the bottom where it should pull to recirculate from. I figured maybe the wires were switched and swapped them. It still fill from the bottom when the red nozzle is pulled. Any ideas?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
