The CS staff at the factory will work with you on a new dash assembly. We assume you’ve disconnected the power and rebooted it by unplugging the dash. Since this is a 2018 model they most likely will work to manage it as a customer service. It is likely out of warranty and just either have your dealership contact them, or if your distanced yourself.
They will want the old dash and a dealer makes that easier as the will need to charge a fee if a replacement is given, and credit after return if the old dash.
