Well the P4 started in 2004 so I would guess around $20.000. guy has a Jag at BBC for $16.000

Depending on the hours, electronics and sellers motivation the PIV can range from $17000 to $30000. I got mine last September for $17500, but I was dealing with a very motivated seller who had already gotten a loan for his Puma upgrade and needed to get out of the PIV. With the upgrades in electronics and prop among some other things Id be asking $22k-$25K for that very boat. Like I said though, I found a guy who NEEDED to get out of that boat so I got a killer deal, he couldve gotten $23k-$26k for how well kept that boat was. I guess placing in more that one Everstart event made sure he had that thing paid off and movable.- Chaz

Thanks Guys. Looks like P4 is newer and the Jaguar may be a way to stay near $15K.It seems like dual consoles are not as common as single console. I am looking for DC for family trips. If my research is correct, 2004 is first year for bolt on console additions.Checked BBC and looks like several looking to sell. From what I read, a 200 MERC on P4 will run close to 70 and need to step to 225 for 70 on the 20 Jaguar and Puma.Is that what you are getting on your rig?

Ive got an 09 PIV with a 200HO, it will run 70 at sea level, loaded with two medium sized guys. I had an 02 Jaguar with a 225 Optimax it would run 70-72 with the same load at sea level. Both are tremendous boats, buy the one that fits your budget. If I was in the market for an older Cat, I would buy another Jaguar without hesitation. Mike

Here is a very clean 2001 Jaguar with a Mercury 225 Optimax. This motor has low hours. I have it on consignment at my dealership in NC.
