Guys,Not exactly a boat issue, but I put a lot of trust in the feedback and opinions from the Bass Cat Family…One would assume that baits that catch fish would be fished rather than sold as used. Over at BBC there are always many, many used Megabass cranks being sold and they are booccoo bucks.How good are these cranks? Sometimes colors catch anglers instead of bass and/or sometimes an angler might catch a few on a particular color thinking that a different color might be even better. Just doesnt happen all the time. Various color catching combinations are different across the nation. Maybe the seller is catching more on a Strike King 5 or 6 XD and is money ahead if he sells now. If you like the baits and think you can catch something on them, then buy. If not, then move on. FWIW…. Megabass jerk baits are good and have been around a while. Crankbaits? I dont have a clue. Ive never heard of anyone doing well on them.

Ive fished the Megabass jerkbaits alongside of the Rick Clunn Jerkbaits , and Youd be hard pressed to pick a winner between the two . — For my money , the Clunn model works just fine for a third the price . — Just my humble opinion . — Hoss

You have to be carful with megabass baits, bills will break just looking at them. They will not warranty them.

The deep x200 is an incredible bait for walleyes and smallmouth. It also shines when the water is really clear.
