Does anyone know a good Optimax serviceman in North Arkansas-Southern Missouri? I have a 2003 225 Optimax with power problems. It takes 6-10 seconds to put a 2003 Cougar on plane. Max RPM is 4900 and the motor runs smooth at 4900. It idles just a little rough with a small amount of vibration.. Power loss seems like it is running on 5 cylinders. All 6 cylinders compression test at over 100. I took it to a local dealer (Bull Shoals). He installed 6 spark plugs,charged me $275, and said it was fixed. It is not. I have run it on a remote fuel tank. It is not a fuel problem up to the fuel pump. I have drained the VST on both sides and changed the filter. I need help or I am going to miss fishing the June moon. Thank you.
