when i first received it. won it in a b.a.s.s. tourney, and all i left with was a fancy piece of paper good for one basscat sabre with standard options, but no outboard or trollmotor. value was $15K at the time (2002) what he has is a similar certificate, only his is for a motor, rather than a boat and trailer. it was either a tourney place prize, or maybe a super nice door prize. but its for a brand new outboard.thats a good price on that motor, and the fact that merc will ship to you is big bonus. (plus your tax savings)
