Just wanted wish all of you and your families a Very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.Without a doubt, the BCB family is the absolute best out there. There’s no better folks to deal with than those at the BCB factory. And I’ve yet to meet a fellow BassCat owner who wasn’t friendly and happy to be in a Cat.A special shout out to Alan in Parts. I ordered a replacement fender recently. Alan walked me through every single step of the install. No better person to have in your corner when needing parts or assistance. Thank you sir.Keep doing what you’re doing guys and girls. You’re top shelf.

Had someone smash my fender on Memorial Day at the launch. Just curious, how intense was replacing your fender? I spoke to Alan and he made it sound straight forward but also said hes simplifying the process. Im having trouble finding a body shop that will work on trailers. Im primarily concerned with removing the old epoxy.Thanks for the help!

Although I have never done it, I remember reading that heating the metal portion of the fender from below with a torch will help to loosen the old epoxy.

I’ve taken off and re-adhesived three fenders and it’s pretty straight forward.one of the members recommended using a homemade Garot to cut through the adhesive and it worked perfectly. I used two pieces of dowel and some stainless wire I had around the shop.
