Hey fellas. How have you all been. I wanted to drop in because I havent been around too much lately. Two weeks ago we had a fire and shut our unit down and have been working straight nights. Looks like Ill be working straight thru this weekend. I just wanted to wish everyone here a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Remember all of the blessings we are bestowed with by the Lord and make sure you let all of those around you know how much you care about them. You never know when it will be your last chance to do that. Give me a couple of weeks and Ill be back in action. Hopefully catching some big ole bucket mouths. Yall take care and God Bless during the Holidays. Chris Coupel Paulina, La.Chris CoupelPaulina, La.

Shap, Im sure your not freezing your butt off living that far South but up here in the Great North, Its “COOOOOLD” I know you Guys from the real North will think its funny. Im telling you it is 30 right now and thats To cold. Merry Christmas Glynn
Out here about 70 miles South-East of the mouth of the Mississippi with 30-35mph East winds and 40 deg air temp it is COLD!!! Merry Christmas!!!
Its going to be a white christmas here, expecting another 8-12 inches in the next day or two. It was -2 yesterday and it is a balmy +2 right now. Everybody have a great holiday and be safe.
Just got home from another lovely night at work. Glad to hear from everyone. The cold weather has been coming and going for us. It was 29 sunday night and tommorrow its supposed to be in the Mid 70s. Thats after we had 4 inches of snow 2 weeks ago and 2 days later it was 80 plus degrees. We dont like the cold down here and neither do the fish. Looks like Phil is a little jealous there!! Dont hate the player Phil, Hate the Game Seriously though. When we have these emergency shutdowns it is hard work. I happen to work in a very High maintenance unit and we dont have any small equipment. When its good, its good. But, when it goes to hell in a hand basket it can get very busy very quick and if you dont catch it, you end up where we are now. Working 3 weeks of night shifts through the Christmas holidays, and possibly New years. The only good part about it is I just bought my Daughter a nice used Camry and this little shut down ought to just about pay for that! Cant wait to get out there and run the Cat again. I think shes getting mad at me in the Garage. I bet even Luke has been using his boat more than Ive been using mine. As far as the Sphaghetti, I just made one a couple of weeks ago and put some in the freezer. Been tearing up some Chicken, andoulie, smoked sausage, and Turkey neck gumbo too. Ill have to make that for you next time we get together. Still not great at Jambalya, but, getting better. Chris Coupel Paulina, La.Chris CoupelPaulina, La.
