Britts fish moved and he just couldnt get anything going this afternoon. He of course is disappointed after yesterday. Terry feels real good about his shot, and Mike just stayed handy today as the storms were pretty active in the area. Mike just left the Tournament Support Van and he feels good about tomorrow. Though the fish are moving fast. Tucker feels good about a chance for the Top 12 and otherwise we had some real shuffling today. Most of these guys are true Professionals and know that this is a sport of ups and downs. Todd Faircloth will bounce back. He has had a spectacular season against a very talented adversary. All one has to do is to review KVDs record. 21 full seasons, 209 events (not 210 as shown, his sons were born and hospitalized during one event) 184 Top 50 finishes Only 4 events finishing 100 or higher 128 Top 20 finishes and 44 Top 3 finishes or better 16 – 3rd Place finishes 9 – 2nd Place finishes 14 – wins 18 BassMasters Classic Appearances – To Be 19 times 2 BassMaster Classic Wins 4 Angler of the Year Titles, plus on DQ the year he finished Second to Angler of the Year Mike Iaconelli. He is as good as those whose shoes he has filled. That is a 20% chance of a Top 3 finish, no matter how many anglers you were competing against. That would include some of the old 330 man field Invitationals. Of course Rick Clunn, Larry Nixon and Roland Martin were also that good a few years ago!
