Went to charge the batterys last weekend and one of the banks light was red. I thought battery was to low to read so I just used the car charger. After it was charged I checked the charger again and it was still red. I checked the battery and connections everything was good. Checked the fuse and it was melted. Is the charger bad or am I missing something? It had a 30 amp fuse.
