If you didnt have RAM mount installed at the factory then you will not have the access hatch. Simple fix. Call BCB parts and buy access cover or you can buy at most marine parts stores too. Then remove TM pedal. Use 4″ bimetal hole saw to cut access hole. Install RAM then cover access hole with cover and replace TM. Other option that is more difficult but may be more palatable if you a queasy about cutting a hole is to try and access through starboard rod locker. I did this with a buddy on his P2 and it was a pain. Had to make an extension to tape the wrench to in order to reach where the bolts will come through in the splash well and do it by feel but eventually go it done. Can be done if persistent and patient or even better if you have long skinny arms! Good luck.
