From day 1 I needed a larger graph due to vision My P2 didnt accommodate a 9 series hummingbird on the console as the current ones do So after some time I decided I had to figure it out. I had visited a few fab shops and metal supply shops and finally had a bracket custom made. I added a bracket support but quite frankly with a 90d bracket out of 3/8 or over kill 1/4 aluminum it will be solid Here is the part I had madehttp://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/a … juewf3.jpgI had to shape once side so it fit with the consoleI spent some time grinding the front edge to conform to the 2 inch ball its not perfect but close enough http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/a … rcuufn.jpgI drilled out the mounting holes with a template from the ball and I removed the mid ship cleat, I used the existing holes and used a two sided tape to mount the metal to the glass, I proceeded to use quarter sized washers and locking nuts to tighten the assembly down.installed the 2 inch ball http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/a … n5rppf.jpgI mounted an 1199 on a 2 inch ram mount bought from bass pro and installed the graph, its been a full year and Ive driven through 6 foot waves a few times it hasnt moved , its a bit of a tight fit but doesnt impede any gauges or panel and well worth itThe bracket was a 60 part and total mounting and assembly time was about 10 minutes, the bit of fabrication I did was about 30 minutes also http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c30/a … yufa3y.jpgEasy to do and solid as a rock
