OK i will try again I have a 91 p2 and I am changing out the bow electronics, I am trying to take off the little plastic panel on the starboard side that houses the flasher and its on off switchI took off the black plastic knobs that cover up the 4 screws and took those out but the plastic panel is still being held by something , on the back side of it. I am going to pick up my power behind that panel any ideas>mark

There is a clamp bracket mounted on the rear. It is a piece of aluminum strap that clamps the flasher in the panel. As with everything, there is not a drop in on a Bass Cat. We through bolt or clamp everything we can and have for years. BCB

Through the center panel, by reaching around there with a wrench or socket which we think was a 3/8″ wrench, though a 1240 A has been a long time ago.

dont forget to tie something to your wrench before you go in there or you will hear that wrench sliding around in your hull for years to come!!!!!!
