I am trying to install a Fortrex on a 2005 Cougar and if I mount it flat to the hull the mount in the stowed position is wanting to hit the trim switches. What has everyone been doing to solve this?Thanks
As per Jones I ordered a cutting board to size from a company and then used a router on the inside edge to taper it to match the contour of the boat and it worked perfect. Here is a pic of it installed.
