I did the same last year. I installed the quick disconnect bracket first then all you have to is to mount to motor to it and secure with the security rod. Some holes did match, most had to be re-drilled. Just removed the power connectiong for the TM and you can access beneath the area as necessary to hold the nylocks in place or whatever type of nuts and bolts you are using ( be sure to use some large fender washers to help give a bigger supporting base). First, put some silcone in the holes you are not going to use, mark the new holds and drill very easy. I did place some masking tape around the drilling are in order to see the new marks for the holes as well as to help protect from any spinters. Sorry this is not a step by step but do hope it helps.
