Trevor,Cant speak for the 787, and personally would not go that small on the bow unit, but with the 900 and 1100 series, the connectors are the same, just plug in and go. I would also recommend the 957 unit on the bow, unless you have to have SI up there. I have a 957 on my bow, and a 997 at the console and love the combination. Money no object, an 1197 up front is awesome, because it is easy to see when standing up.If you use RAM mounts, be sure to get the 111 model–with the 2.5″ ball, you need it to handle the weight of the unit.Mike Whitten/Germantown, TN
