I felt compelled to write this because BCB continues to amaze me with their customer serivce. Last Monday night I found a problem with a vent line in my boat (had a puncture in it). I posted on the boards hearing back from a few forum members as well as BCB. That same night the problem was diagnosed, and BCB asked that I contact Scott in Service. Email sent to Scott outlining the issue on Tuesday. Sameday reply from Scott asking for my address so he can send the part to me. Sent him my address Wed. BCB was closed on Fri. due to weather. On Monday I asked Scott for another non-related part. Got part 1 on Wed. and part 2 on Thur. So as of last night Im all fixed up (minus the fiberglass “itch”). !!!! What other boat company or any company for that matter can provide service like that !!! If Id been in brand “X”, Id still be contimplating what to do. Or it would be sitting on a boat lot somewhere waiting to be looked at. These boards are a blessing. The service that BCB provides is something that is becoming more rare as large corporations take over. THANK YOU BCB! Cheers to you, and all that you do. Jason Meade
