My first year with my 2011 Pantera IV

Well actuall just a little over a year. I received her on May 10th 2011. Since then i have put on many hours fishing off her. I have been in calm to extreem rough water. Calm winds to high mph winds (30+ mph). In a down pour to 105 degrees. I even have become a guide B2 Bass Adventurers. I have fished off many of bass boat. from club fishing to pro/ams. I have fished off of Rangers, Tritons, Stratos, Skeeter, and many more. This boat exceeds or matches all of them. I lean more to exceeds all of them. not just in performance but in build and the most important for me, customer service! Even today out on Lake Berryessa in N. California I had a customer who said that he thought this boat was one of the best he had fished off of and the best handling even when we got air born hitting a wake board boats wake. I have had very little issues with the boat. What issues I have had were taken care of quickly even with issues that were not BCB issues but from vendors that made sub assemblies used for things like the trailer. BCBs customer service is beyound compare. Chevy, Ford and Dodge should be so good. Although there are somne things that should be adressed for high speed high vibration boats the only real improvement I could make would be to buy a bigger Bass Cat Boat!Hmmmmmm Jaguar? Ive always said i think the PIV is the best boat BCB builds, period. It is truly a boat for a lifetime, and will handle anything that comes its way.

b2customrords, Nice read too on your PIV. My next BassCAt will be a PIV type boat. I didnt have mine long but long enough to know how impressive that boat is. Those a keeper boats and for good reason.

I can second that one.. Ive had mine now for 6 years and wouldnt trade it for any other boat except maybe a Jaguar with a 350 verado….

I have had several people fish out of my PIV that own other brands and have received compliment after compliment on the boat. The one thing that they all commented on was how big it fishes and rides for a 19ft. boat. All these guys fish out of bigger boats and they all said if they were to down size that the PIV would be their boat of choice.

Im heading out in my buddies PIV today to chase a mixture of Louisiana bass and redfish. The PIV is a great fishing platform.

I picked up my 2011 PII just a little before B2 got his PIV, I would not trade my BCB for anything, well maybe a Puma FTD. As I have written before I could not be more pleased with this boat, my dealer {Sherms Marine} and BCB!. It is amazing that you can spend 40K plus on a new truck and the next day you get. Oh who are you! Yet you contact BCB and the voice on the phone is like a long lost brother. The only issues I have had with mine were not of BCB, but suppliers, and those were handled without a hitch, a couple beyond my expectation, The personal attention one gets from this group even long after a sale is remarkable. If in the future I am able to move up from my current boat I am not even going to look around. I already know what and from who I will spend my money. Thanks guys is all I can say.Steve “Gunz” Molina
