Well I guess this is as good a time as any to finally announce I have bought a 35th Anny Edition PII! I have not picked her up yet but the dealer has my check, so its good as mine! Plus Sherm still has to put in the second console, which by the way I like the BassCat console, and the Hambys. I added a trim gauge link to the SmartCraft. If I can get a pic posted I will with this post. Anyway I just want to say I have been reading you guys now for the last 3 months or so and I have learned so much. It only took me about two weeks of reading the different boat forums before I had decided on a BassCat. I just had to find the right one, and I am very happy with my choice (I did not ride in the boat or any other Cat for that matter yet). Im going from an 88 Ranger 373V. You are certainly some proud and knowledgeable boat owners, and I feel really good about becoming part of that family. The knowledge, interest and help alone on this board is very special. Welcome aboard, Dennis. I have heard nothing but great things about those newer P2s. I joined the family with a well-kept used 2002 P3 in late 2006 year after running a 1992 “R” boat for many years. I think you will be astounded at the performance improvement of that boat compared with your previous one.

Thanks BoBo. It is great to hear comments like that. To tell you the truth I really dont know exactly what to expect going from the old boat to this new one. Seat time is what it sounds like. You have a great looking boat by the way. Im over in Belleville Illinois.
