I have 2009 Puma I was going to rotate my tires and re-pack all the bearings and found the driver side on the trailer front tire was wore down big time. All the other tires are fine, any thing I need to check to correct before I buy a new tire? I measured the middle of the spindle and compared to the back its the same height. I lifted the boat in between both wheel on the frame, so the axle is completely free.Could the wheel be bent and wear on the inside? Need help thanks

Could just be air pressure to low or high.. are all the tires same age? Was there any play in the hub on the spindle. Is the wear even all the way across or more on one side. Need some good pictures of the tread wear patterns. Is that leaf spring in good shape. Are the bushings in the leaf springs in good shape. Have you given a good look from the front or back of trailer to see if tires appear in line. No grossly obvious alignment issues, check the back side of the rim for damage. IMO .. trailer tires need balanced- it is no different than your vehicle. An out of balance tire is going to wear different.

Well spent most of the day looking at all the bearings. I went ahead and replaced them all. But with the Torsion type axle, when I picked the trailer I set the jack between the wheels so Im on the frame and not axles. When I did put the wheels back on it seemed the wheel in question is still a bit toed in. But what is concerning the wear is not unformed all the way on the inside of the wheel. Can the spindale/ torsion arm be ordered?

The idler and spindle can be ordered. Check the splines for play and torque the bolt to 150 ft. pounds.
